The MEDIARE Institute invites to the Communities Sector webinar “Community Justice and the democratic construction of peace” with Gláucia Foley. The free online meeting takes place on September 06 at 18 pm.
The proposal is to discuss the construction of a culture of peace that presupposes changes in the patterns of power and social relations. In the midst of the theme, understand that there is no sustainable peace without social justice and there is no social justice without the radicalization of democracy in the context of justice and politics. We will go far beyond the forensic liturgies, democracy and participatory justice that are articulated in the arenas where life happens. Focusing on democratic justice done in, for and by the community. A Community Justice.
