Master in Business Administration and MBA in Business Management from FGV/EBAPE. Graduated in Electronic Engineering from CEFET-RJ. It has the certifications: PMP, MBTI I and II and Thomas DISC.
He has more than 25 years of professional experience as a manager and entrepreneur. He worked in consulting or training with the following companies: White Martins, Toshiba, Brasif, RSB (France), Eletrobrás, Furnas, Aurora Alimentos, Petrobras, among others.
He has academic experience as a course coordinator and professor, with several publications, workshops, lectures, training and online and in-person corporate courses. Author of more than 100 articles published in 20 countries, as well as courses and 10 books published in 4 countries. He received a total of 15 awards – highlighting the award granted by Columbia University (USA). He is a member of the editorial boards: London Journal Press (UK); Institute of Scholars and Deccan Business Review (India); Journal of Research and Literature (USA).
