Term of Authorization of Use - MEDIARE
IMAGE ASSIGNMENT AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The MEDIARE System, hereinafter referred to simply as “MEDIATE”, and categorized as Controller, is composed of three companies registered with CNPJ/MF – MEDIARE Cursos Técnicos e Gestoris LTDA CNPJ 09.376.441/0001-67, MEDIARE Dialogues and Decision Processes CNPJ 01.876.594/0001-61, MEDIARE Institute of Research, Teaching and Practices of Dialogue Processes and Dispute Resolution CNPJ 25.053.160/0001-20, headquartered at Rua General Venâncio Flores, nº 305/sala 911, Leblon, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CEP 22441-090, email mediare@mediare.com.br, clarifies your possible adherence to these Terms of Use.
The MEDIARE Privacy Policy and the MEDIARE Term of Use are equivalent to an adhesion contract signed by MEDIARE with users who visit its website or with customers who are part of the MEDIARE service portfolio.
The MEDIARE Privacy Policy clarifies how MEDIARE processes the personal data of its users or customers - collection, storage, sharing and disposal - and is published on the website www.mediare.com.br.
The Terms of Use establish rules between MEDIARE and its users and customers during the provision of services. In view of the foregoing, this document will make reference to the Privacy Policy document to avoid repetition of content, with regard to data processing.
This Term of Use aims to register the free, informed and unequivocal expression by which the Holder agrees with the processing of his personal data for a specific purpose, in accordance with the MEDIARE Privacy Policy and Law No. 13.709 of 2018 - General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD), as well as formalizing the authorization for the use and transfer of the Holder's image in photos and videos produced in academic spaces institutional – Study Groups, Courses, Seminars, Workshops or Webinars, aiming at the dissemination of these contexts on the website and other existing social media, in addition to dissemination portals, including, but not limited to, the address www.mediare.com.br.
This authorization for the transfer and use of image is granted free of charge, for a period of one year, covering the use of the name and image in photo, video and voice of the Holder throughout the national territory and abroad.
This consent may be revoked by the Holder at any time, upon request via email to mediare@mediare.com.br or correspondence to the Controller at Rua General Venâncio Flores, nº 305/sala 911, Leblon, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CEP 22441-090.
O MEDIARE, its users and clients will submit any conflicts related to this Term of Use to the previous Mediation, under the terms of art. 52, § 7 of Law No. 13.709/2018,
“Individual leaks or unauthorized access referred to in the caput of art. 46 of this Law may be the object of direct conciliation between controller and holder and, if there is no agreement, the controller will be subject to the application of the penalties referred to in this article" (Included by Law No. 13.853 of 2019) Validity
in an institution chosen by the party that makes the invitation, with mediators chosen by both parties, to act in co-mediation, and costs compatible with the value in conflict. If they are unable to resolve the conflict in this way, the Central Forum of the District of Rio de Janeiro is elected to settle any disputes.
