Facilitation of Dialogues and Corporate Governance
Boards of Directors, Advisory Boards and Family Councils

A Mediation's joviality and non-restriction to professions of origin, enable the multidisciplinary set of its interventions – toolbox, and its systemic purposes – understanding and search for solutions based on the authorship of those involved with preservation of relationships; they are both – multidisciplinary interventions and systemic purposes – resources for any continued coexistence that is characterized by interdependence and convergent objectives.

The instances of Corporate Governance, of companies or organizations, are scenarios that combine continued coexistence, interdependence and convergent objectives, but also manage noises related to the particular interests of each instance, which sometimes result in competition and/or waste of time and productivity to treat them. The facilitation of these dialogues by a third party external to the context favors independence in the structured conduction of these conversations, which occur systematically over a period of time, or punctually in moments of tension.
