The MEDIARE-BETTER GOVERNANCE partnership was born motivated by the possibility of articulating the expertise of the two companies – Skills for Dialogue and Corporate Governance, respectively.
The Soft Skills Course for Board Members, which starts with four editions in 2022, is the first production of the partnership, has the support of the IBGC and brings together ingredients from both areas of expertise.
Socio-emotional skills, with self-knowledge as a primary skill, articulated with the tensions inherent to AC and its eventual dysfunctions in the face of collegiate decisions, make up the programmatic content, distributed in eight sessions of three and a half hours in duration, taking place fortnightly. Active directors or directors in the process of acting are the predominant audience, as well as C-level members of the corporate scenario.
Motivated by the success of the course for directors and stimulated by statements of immediate applicability, arising from the evaluations of the members of the initial editions, the MEDIARE-BETTER GOVERNANCE partnership extended its activities to offer the Program in company, with the possibility of customization for particular questions of the interested company or organization.
Um Retreat of three days, exclusively for chairmen of boards - PCAs and focused on their conduction of the Boards, receives guests with this experience and, equally, transits through the socio-emotional skills and the challenging scenes of the Boards - impasses, new agendas, the collegiate decision, among others .
