With more than 25 years of experience in the use of adequate conflict solutions, representatives of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Argentina presented their experience to show Brazilian magistrates how the practice of conciliation and mediation changed the judicial scenario in the neighboring country. .
In Brazil, the Mediation Law allows the person to come from any area of ​​training with two years of experience, if they are going to work in the judiciary, and requires a training course in any educational institution recognized by the National School for Training and Improvement of Magistrates.
