We share with you news from the Reading Group of the MEDIARE Institute, held on July 19.7th and coordinated by Raquel Saad and Tania Almeida, about the publication “Appreciative Investigation”, by authors Diana Whitney and David L. Cooperrider.
The book addresses the change management approach that investigates strengths rather than weaknesses, including all stakeholders interested in an organization's successful future. Aware of their competences, it invites the participants of the process to seek convergence between their abilities and the desired goals, transforming dreams into potential realities.
We received the guest speaker Juliana Polloni, lawyer, mediator and dialogue facilitator, whose philosophical basis is Social Constructionism, and for self-knowledge uses Non-Violent Communication, Emotional and Social Intelligence.
