Advanced Business Mediation Workshop

The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), with the support of Barbosa Müssnich Aragão (BMA), continuing its tradition of excellence in promoting business mediation, invites professionals in the field to the Workshop on Advanced Business Mediation, which will be held on May 3, 4 and 5, 2016, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, at Av. Almirante Barroso, 52, 7º. Floor, CEP 20031-000 – Downtown.
The award-winning workshop, led by experienced experts Robert C. Randolph e Frank Carr, addresses essential elements for success in business mediation, including: Cultural Aspects of Conflict Resolution, Drafting Mediation Agreements, Co-Mediation, Conducting the Mediation Procedure, Advocacy and Ethics in Mediation.
Robert C. Randolph e Frank Carr are co-founders of Carr, Swanson & Randolph LLC, where they have been active solely in the area of dispute resolution since 2002, following exceptional careers in the public and private sectors. Among its clients are the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the World Bank and the German Development Bank. Randolph and Carr also provided award-winning mediation training on four continents.
Target audience: mediators, entrepreneurs and lawyers with knowledge of the autocompositional method and who intend to advance their knowledge of business mediation.
The event will be held in English, without simultaneous translation.
