MEDIARE's Online Conflict Mediation Course has had great feedback from students.

The preparation of the members is being the great differential for the success of the first virtual edition. Students received two workbooks and a book, sent by mail three days in advance, and a manual on using the digital tool to follow classes. The teachers were trained and had support for their presentations. During the activities (Friday and Saturday, totaling 16 hours, out of a total of 100 hours), a teaching assistant and another technician guaranteed support for anyone who needed it to manage the platform.

“It was gratifying and we generated a lot of knowledge. We gathered 20 people who were able to interact in a productive way ” said Tania Almeida, director of MEDIARE.
