The Continuing Education Program also offers a General Study Group, which receives monthly speakers, a Case Study Group - GEC, a Bank of Hours, which brings together mediators dedicated to voluntary work, a Yearbook for academic publications and a Program of International Exchange.

STUDY GROUPS

The Thematic Study Groups are dedicated to specific subjects relevant to different areas of activity and aim at leveling and theoretical-practical improvement, as well as the annual publication of an article written by its members, focused on the theme that brings them together – Civil, Communities, Business, Family Businesses, School, Families and Succession, Reading Group, Collaborative Practices, Collaborative Practices in Labor Law, Restorative Practices and Health, Public Policies, Socio-environmental and Corporate Recovery.

In accordance with international understanding, monthly update meetings are offered to the panel of members of the MEDIARE-D'ACCORD partnership, aiming at their permanent improvement and loyalty to a quality practice. The General Study Group focuses on good practices and topics related to Mediation and Facilitation of Dialogues.

The GEC will bring together already trained mediators, who will meet monthly, among peers, to discuss cases of Mediation and Dialogue Facilitation, relying on the interlocution and experience of colleagues from different areas of activity and similar training in the field of dispute resolution. Due to its nature – intervention of real cases -, this group will be protected by confidentiality, a commitment that all those present will sign at each meeting.
