SUMMARY:

 The course addresses the technique of designing dispute resolution systems (DSD) to build dispute prevention, management and resolution systems. From the identification of gaps in conventional procedural analysis, directed to just one or another dispute resolution mechanism, we propose the use of a new systemic lens that can substantially expand, for the executive or operator of the law, his capacity for invention. and implementation of appropriate dispute resolution strategies.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

 Executives (especially in the area of ​​human resources and crisis management), lawyers en casa or acting in the litigation area, legal professionals and other professionals who deal with disputes in their day-to-day attributions.

WORKLOAD:

 12 hours taught in 4 weekly meetings: March 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 18 pm to 21 pm.
