CDispute Mediation and Dialogue Facilitation bears (distinction can be made above, when practices are described separately) are offered in corporate or organizational settings that want to implement these practices in their internal dispute resolution system.

Mediation and Dialogue Facilitation can be part of Dispute System Designs – DSD, when the different dispute resolution instances – SAC, Ombudsman, HR, Legal – are treated as complementary for different themes. Or they can be an instance of understanding based on the culture of dialogue, a benefit that serves the SG purposes of the ESG trilogy – environmental, social, governance.

These courses may include simulations with themes inherent to each context, in order to articulate the knowledge provided with the particular demands, and to customize the offer.
