MEDIARE is an organization dedicated to the practice and teaching of dialogue processes. Over the course of twenty years, it has built up knowledge related to the assessment, management and prevention of conflicts, developed customized projects based on consensus and mutual benefit, and expanded the areas of activity in its provision of services in Mediation and Facilitation of Dialogues. ⁣

The quality of its teaching brought together a growing number of students and the Continuing Education space transcended the monthly Study Group and expanded to Study and Work Thematic Groups in different areas.

At the beginning of August 2016, Tania Almeida, MEDIARE's Director-President, launched to each Study and Work Thematic Group the challenge of producing articles to be compiled in an annual academic publication. ⁣
